Mediante la experimentaci\u00f3n en un entorno de laboratorio realista, la empresa evalu\u00f3 la viabilidad t\u00e9cnica, redujo los riesgos de implementaci\u00f3n y estableci\u00f3 una hoja de ruta para su implantaci\u00f3n industrial. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como empresa de fabricaci\u00f3n industrial comprometida con la innovaci\u00f3n, Ebroacero necesitaba validar una soluci\u00f3n de percepci\u00f3n rob\u00f3tica basada en IA antes de invertir en una c\u00e9lula de corte automatizada a gran escala.<br\/>El reto consist\u00eda en identificar las tecnolog\u00edas de detecci\u00f3n m\u00e1s adecuadas, evaluar la viabilidad t\u00e9cnica y garantizar la integraci\u00f3n futura con los sistemas rob\u00f3ticos, todo ello minimizando los riesgos de desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>El reto<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ebroacero fabrica piezas de acero fundido en las que hay que eliminar los canales de alimentaci\u00f3n y los conductos de colada mediante operaciones de corte. Estos procesos implican geometr\u00edas complejas y exigen una gran precisi\u00f3n para garantizar la calidad del producto y la eficiencia del proceso. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La empresa quer\u00eda automatizar esta operaci\u00f3n utilizando sistemas rob\u00f3ticos capaces de identificar los planos de corte directamente a partir de modelos CAD en 3D. Sin embargo, segu\u00edan existiendo varias incertidumbres: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tecnolog\u00eda de percepci\u00f3n 3D ofrecer\u00eda la precisi\u00f3n y la 3D?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfSer\u00eda viable esta soluci\u00f3n en condiciones industriales?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se podr\u00edan reducir los riesgos t\u00e9cnicos antes de invertir en una c\u00e9lula rob\u00f3tica completa?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ebroacero no contaba con el entorno adecuado ni con los conocimientos especializados necesarios para evaluar de forma independiente las distintas alternativas tecnol\u00f3gicas y validar el concepto.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>El enfoque<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A trav\u00e9s de AI-MATTERS, Ebroacero colabor\u00f3 con el Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Arag\u00f3n (ITA) para probar y validar tecnolog\u00edas de percepci\u00f3n destinadas a aplicaciones de fabricaci\u00f3n rob\u00f3tica.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto combin\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acceso a laboratorios de rob\u00f3tica e instalaciones de pruebas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sistemas avanzados de visi\u00f3n y percepci\u00f3n en 3D<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asistencia especializada en rob\u00f3tica, visi\u00f3n artificial y procesamiento de datos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validaci\u00f3n experimental en un entorno de laboratorio realista<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El trabajo se llev\u00f3 a cabo durante un periodo de 16 semanas y se centr\u00f3 en tres fases principales:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluaci\u00f3n y selecci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas de percepci\u00f3n 3D.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desarrollo de un prototipo de laboratorio para validar la captura de nubes de puntos, la alineaci\u00f3n CAD y la identificaci\u00f3n del plano de class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto evalu\u00f3 tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas de percepci\u00f3n 3D y rob\u00f3tica, entre las que se incluyen:<\/p>\n\n<ul
