Electric drives optimization.

Service description

This service supports the optimisation of industrial electrical drives through measurement, data analysis and application-specific evaluation. Relevant signals and operating information are collected from the drive system and analysed to identify opportunities for improving system configuration, operation and performance. Additional measurements can be introduced where the available information is insufficient for the required analysis. Data-processing and AI-assisted decision methods can be used to support optimisation and the development of more automated procedures for drive setup and operation.

Collected and processed drive-system data relevant to the agreed optimisation task

Evaluation of drive behaviour and identification of relevant optimisation opportunities

Recommendations for improving drive configuration, operation or performance for the specified application

Where applicable, data-processing or AI-assisted decision method supporting automated optimisation or parameter selection

Technical report summarising the analysed data, identified optimisation opportunities, evaluation results and recommended actions
