Service Robotics for Industrial Applications

Service description

The service helps companies clarify, assess, and select service robots tailored to their specific needs in production, logistics, or other industrial applications. Based on the Danish Technological Institute’s experience with mobile robots and robot integration, the customer receives technical guidance and sparring on how service robots can support workflows, automation, and flexible operations. The purpose is to provide the company with a qualified basis for decision-making before investing in equipment and to strengthen understanding of how service robotics and potentially AI-enabled functions can create value in practice.
Expected results: A documented technology assessment and demonstration of relevant service robot solutions, including recommendations for use, adaptation, and next steps toward pilot or implementation.
Methodology: The service is delivered as a joint clarification and assessment process including dialogue on needs and application scenario, screening of relevant service robot solutions, optional demonstration in a relevant test environment, and delivery of technical recommendations for selection and next steps.
