On March 30, 2026, CEA-List opened the doors of its Nano-INNOV and Digiteo sites to welcome a Luxembourg delegation led byLuxInnovation. The visit, organized as part of the European AI-MATTERS program, brought together some twenty participants representing the major players in Luxembourg’s industrial and technological ecosystem.

Among the Luxembourg companies present were Accumalux, AM 4 AM, Amer-Sil, ANG SARL, Artec3D, Cebi Group, COFRALUX, CTI Systems, Goodyear Tires & Rubber Company, HITEC Luxembourg S.A., Luxforge, Luxlait, MCM Steel, Mondo Luxembourg, Moutarderie de Luxembourg, and TMS S.A. – as well as representatives of the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) and LuxInnovation GIE, the initiators of the initiative.

A day at the heart of CEA-List’s technology platforms

The morning began at the Nano-INNOV site with an introduction to CEA-List and a presentation of the AI-MATTERS program and the PRISM platform. Participants then discovered the platform, which showcases CEA-List’s expertise in intelligent and interactive robotics, digital twins and AI for production, through several demonstrations illustrating the concrete applications of these technologies in industry.

After a convivial lunch, the delegation went on to visit the robotics platform, dedicated to collaborative robotics and embedded AI.

The afternoon ended on the DIGITEO site, with a visit to the PRISMA (arc-wire additive manufacturing – WAAM) and GERIM (for non-destructive testing – NDT) platforms.

To round off the day, the tour of the platforms ended with an exchange between representatives of CEA-List and LuxInnovation, highlighting the complementary nature of the French and Luxembourg ecosystems. New avenues of collaboration were discussed as part of the AI-MATTERS program, whose mission is to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of European industry through the adoption of trusted artificial intelligence solutions.

This meeting illustrates the European dynamic supported by AI-MATTERS: building bridges between research centers and industry, and encouraging shared innovation for a more agile and connected European industry.
