Every year, DALO Industry Days are held as part of the ‘Open for Business’ strategy, bringing together the Danish Armed Forces and the defence-related industry in a spirit of mutual interest.
DALO Industry Days is Scandinavia’s largest defence industry exhibition, running over two days. The event offers a unique opportunity for companies and visitors to meet FMI case officers, operational units and international delegations, take part in live demonstrations and establish B2B connections.
This year’s event will take place on 19–20 August 2026 at Messecenter Herning.

Innovation and development
As well as facilitating constructive dialogue between the Armed Forces and industry regarding current opportunities for collaboration, FMI Industry Days also enables companies to showcase their latest projects and innovations.
This knowledge-sharing influences the Armed Forces’ long-term procurement plan, but also presents a good opportunity to explore using the Armed Forces to market products abroad.
