AI TEF for Digital twin model for Production

Service description

The service aims at supporting those companies that want to provide services and/or dedicated simulation models for digital twin implementation applied to industrial plants. In particular, this service contributes to provide skills, know-how and AI-based tool for generating different application scenarios to analyze, test and validate the characteristics of the solution to be implemented, its technical aspects and the metrics for evaluating the goodness of industrial system operations that will be simulated within the digital twin.

  • A.1: HW the facility (AREA2); 2 collaborative robots; 2 AGV, 2 CNC machinery, 1 Automated Cell Test, 1 Abrasive Flow Machine, 1 Simulated Production Line

  • A.2: SW PLM platform and software licences for simulation tool; Digital twin sim, data model of production facility; ad hoc library available for industrial system digital model

  • A.3: DW Real Time DataSets, Historical DataSets provided

Expected results: Validation of the industrial simulation model for the selected process
