Service description

Manufacturing assets (products, processes and resources) digitisation based on the implementation of Asset Administration Shell (AAS) reference model for the materialisation of Digital Twins. Enabling access to AIMEN´s digital infrastructure to enhance faster and agile simulations.
Expected results: Delivery of digitalised asset models and simulation artefacts, accompanied by a report explaining model generation, simulation results, digital twin behaviour, and recommendations for further integration.
Methodology: Acquisition of asset data; creation of AAS digital models; integration with simulation tools; execution of simulations; and validation against physical behaviour; generation of reports.
Target: Manufacturers seeking to digitalize assets and generate digital twins using AAS‑based models for advanced simulation workflows.
