Service description

The service tests and validates real-time data integration from SCADA systems via Node-RED in order to assess the efficiency, robustness, and usability of the data integration in existing workflows. The process also includes testing compatibility with different analytics tools, including PowerBI, machine learning, and spectroscopy, to evaluate how data can be used more effectively for monitoring, analysis, and decision support. The purpose is to help companies clarify how data integration and data processing can strengthen process understanding, workflow support, and the further use of AI-based analytics methods in biosolutions and related industrial contexts.
Expected results: Validation of data integration tools and reporting systems with documented results and recommendations for implementation in existing workflows and further use of analytics and AI tools.
Methodology: The service is delivered as a test and validation process including setup and testing of SCADA data integration via Node-RED, assessment of data flow and compatibility with analytics tools, and delivery of documented results and recommendations for implementation in existing workflows.
