Service description

The service tests, benchmarks, and validates real time industrial IoT (IIoT) data pipelines, SCADA integration, and telemetry streaming via Node RED and OPC UA for smart manufacturing and bioprocess automation. In our Biosolutions Lab, we evaluate data ingestion latency, broker throughput (MQTT/Kafka), and seamless connectivity with analytics platforms such as PowerBI, ML inference pipelines, and spectroscopic sensors. The purpose is to help processing enterprises and machine builders eliminate operational data silos, reduce pipeline latency by up to 50 percent, and build robust data streaming architectures for real time AI quality monitoring and predictive control.

Expected results:

Validation of data integration tools and reporting systems with documented results and recommendations for implementation in existing workflows and further use of analytics and AI tools.

Methodology:

The service is delivered as a test and validation process including setup and testing of SCADA data integration via Node-RED, assessment of data flow and compatibility with analytics tools, and delivery of documented results and recommendations for implementation in existing workflows.
