Service description

We co develop, engineer, and experimentally validate industrial machine vision and edge AI perception systems as a specialized development partner for manufacturing enterprises and automation solution providers. Operating in our Sensor Labs and VisionLab, we support custom optical system design, deep learning model training, embedded camera integration, and real time IT/OT connectivity via OPC UA, MQTT, and industrial Ethernet. The purpose is to accelerate prototype maturation from TRL 7 to production ready TRL 8 deployment, cutting integration engineering risk and reducing customer implementation time by up to 40 percent.

Expected results:

A validated vision and AI solution concept, prototype, or subsystem with documented performance, integration recommendations, and clear next steps for industrial deployment or further maturation.

Methodology:

The service is delivered as a phased co-development process including use-case definition, feasibility assessment, vision and AI system design, data collection and model development, integration, validation in lab or production-relevant environments, and delivery of documented results and recommendations.
