Service description

We co develop, engineer, benchmark, and experimentally validate industrial drone platforms, aerial robotics, and edge AI perception systems as a dedicated subcontractor for manufacturing enterprises and OEMs. Working across our Drone Lab and flight test facilities, we support custom avionics design, autonomous GPS denied navigation, multi sensor payload integration (LiDAR, optical, thermal), and real time computer vision defect detection. The purpose is to accelerate technology readiness from prototype (TRL 6) to validated industrial deployment (TRL 8), reducing client engineering development risk and cutting time to market by up to 40 percent.

Expected results:

A validated drone and AI solution concept, prototype, or subsystem with documented performance, integration recommendations, and clear next steps toward industrial deployment or further maturation.

Methodology:

The service is delivered as a phased co-development process including use-case definition, feasibility assessment, drone and AI system design, development and integration, testing and validation in lab or operational environments, and delivery of documented results and recommendations.
