iWeld is an advanced, integrated automation platform developed for the robotic execution of welding and metal additive manufacturing processes. The service consists of the combination of high-precision robotic manipulation with real-time process monitoring, sensor fusion, and intelligent control algorithms to enable autonomous operation of various welding technologies, electric arc, laser, TIG, and plasma welding, as well as directed energy deposition (DED) and wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM).
