KATEA Data Space as a Service (DSaaS) is a managed service that provides the complete infrastructure and technology stack of a data space compliant with GAIA-X and IDS, deployed on Tecnalia’s infrastructure. Through KATEA Research Cloud and KATEA Data Lab, the service offers ready-to-use capabilities such as connectors, data catalogs, decentralised identities, and metadata management based on self-descriptors, enabling organizations to securely create, share, and consume data products in an interoperable and federated manner. This approach facilitates integration into sectoral data ecosystems (industry, energy, health, mobility, construction), reducing technical complexity and accelerating the adoption of data spaces under a scalable, service-based model.
