On-Site Assessment of Mobile Robot Implementation

On-Site-Mobile-Robot-Implementation-Assessment

Service description

The service helps companies evaluate, benchmark, and plan the on site integration of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and AGVs into existing manufacturing plants and warehouse facilities. Based on physical plant layout inspections, aisle traffic flows, and operational material handling demands, we assess floor surface suitability, narrow aisle clearances, automatic door and elevator integration, dynamic fleet management, and AI driven obstacle avoidance. The purpose is to provide discrete manufacturers and logistics operators with a validated business case and implementation roadmap, reducing internal transport costs by up to 35 percent and eliminating intralogistics bottlenecks. Type of service: Study / feasibility assessment and implementation clarification

Expected results:

A documented assessment of feasibility, expected benefits, and relevant application areas for mobile robots in the customer’s facilities, including recommendations for further clarification, pilot activities, or implementation.

Methodology:

The service is delivered as an assessment process including analysis of the customer’s facilities, workflows, and operational requirements, evaluation of relevant uses of mobile robots, optional comparison with experience and test environments in the Autonomous Robotics Lab, and delivery of documented recommendations for implementation and next steps.

Target:

Manufacturing, Factory-Level Optimisation, Human-Robot Interaction, Warehousing and internal logistics, Other companies needing mobile robot solutions
