Service description

The service delivers in depth experimental Proof of Concept (PoC) validation, optical feasibility benchmarking, and AI vision prototyping for demanding industrial manufacturing tasks. We evaluate 2D and 3D machine vision, multispectral imaging, deep learning defect detection, and robot vision guidance in dedicated VisionLab testbeds or customized physical mockups. The purpose is to provide industrial companies with an empirical, risk free technical decision basis, reducing full scale vision implementation risks by up to 50 percent and validating cycle time, accuracy, and optical robustness before heavy CapEx allocation. Type of service: Experiment / Applied R&D and Demonstration

Expected results:

A documented proof of concept for a specific vision task, including test results, feasibility assessment, and recommendations for further development, prototyping, or implementation.

Methodology:

The service is delivered as a scoped proof-of-concept process including use-case clarification, setup of a relevant laboratory or customized vision setup, execution of vision tests, evaluation of robustness, and delivery of documented results and recommendations.
