Layout planning optimization

Service description

This service supports the testing and experimentation of AI-enabled algorithms for industrial layout planning and optimization. It enables the evaluation of alternative spatial configurations, workstation placement, and material flow arrangements within manufacturing environments. Digital simulation and visualization tools are used to analyse layout performance and support decision-making during layout (re)design. Optional immersive visualization (e.g., VR) may be used to facilitate stakeholder understanding and collaborative assessment of proposed layouts.
Expected results: 1. Tech Provider Benefit: Provides efficient design and layout planning solutions, using AI-driven data collection. 2. Product benefit: VR-based optimization and AI analytics for spatial layout effectiveness, simplifaction sof processes, productivity increase and safety. Deliverables: Consolidated data reports, performance assessment reports, simulation models and visualization (2D/ 3D/ VR).
Methodology: Exploration with the client, e.g. technical analysis, feasibility concept.
